These terms govern your use of Gatefold, operated by Gain Karma Holdings, LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Gatefold lets you publish documents as gated, branded, trackable web pages. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Gatefold is paid-only. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; it is not renewed after that.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not prorate partial months.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; your card details are handled by that provider, not stored by us.

Acceptable use

Don't use Gatefold to share unlawful content, malware, or material you have no right to distribute, and don't abuse the gating or email features to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
