Gatefold is a document-sharing service operated by Gain Karma Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: privacy@gatefold.page.

What we collect

• Account data — the email address (and name, if provided) you use to sign in.
• Content — the documents and branding you upload to share.
• Viewer data — when someone opens a link you share, we record open and reading-time events, an approximate (hashed) IP and browser type, and, where you enable an email gate, the email address the viewer provides.
• Billing data — your plan and subscription status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the service (gating, rendering, and tracking your documents), to bill subscriptions, to communicate about your account, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We share data only with the categories of sub-processors needed to run Gatefold — cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing, and product analytics — each only to the extent required to perform their function.

Retention & your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@gatefold.page.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
